Moore County Kennel Club has donated over $170,000 since 2010.
President Jane is ready to call an end to summer, and there’s a lot of really exciting things coming for More County Kennel Club.
Our club has started to submit Calendar Items advertising our regular meetings in The Pilot, Pines Times and Sandhills Sentinel.
Moore County Kennel Club proudly supports Veterinary Technician Education through an annual donation to Central Carolina Community College’s Veterinary Medical Technology Program. It is always nice to get a thank you!
Moore County Kennel Club is an avid participant in AKC Reunite’s Adopt-A-Cop program. When the club donates $2,500 to a K9 Unit, the AKC will augment with an additional $7,500. Many police department K-9 units are suffering budget cuts and they are unable to solicit money due to town and municipality codes. The donations from AKC Reunite and AKC Clubs allow the police department’s need for a new K-9 to become a reality.
The Club’s General Membership Get Together will our regular business, as well as a special presentation by Member Mary Wood on the Berger Picard.
