Fast CAT & CAT
A fast, fun AKC lure coursing event for dogs who love to run.
CAT & Fast CAT
Fast, fun, and full of canine enthusiasm.
CAT and Fast CAT are AKC lure coursing sports that give dogs a chance to run, chase, and show off their natural drive. Whether your dog is experienced or brand new to the sport, these events are exciting, welcoming, and fun to watch.
Fast CAT
Fast CAT is a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time after a lure. It is simple, exciting, and a great way to see just how fast your dog can go.
CAT
CAT stands for Coursing Ability Test. Dogs follow a lure around a longer course, testing their ability to stay focused and complete the run.
Fun Runs
Fun Runs are available for dogs who want to try the sport in a relaxed, beginner-friendly way before entering regular competition.
All Dogs Welcome
Purebred and mixed-breed dogs may participate as long as they meet AKC eligibility requirements and are sound enough to run safely.
