AGILITY UPDATE

The January Agility Trials were the most successful in the club’s history. A big thank you to the committee: Sandy Fischer, Karen Wlodarski, Sherry Holm, Sara Peterson and Ursula Walsh.

The comparisons versus other events are detailed below. This was the first event at the new location, Rising Star. And the other marked difference was that we had two judges.

CONGRATS ALL. AND THANK YOU.

    David Kirkland

Long-time Moore County Kennel Club member, David Kirkland, has been approved to judge the Balance of Hound Group (Afghan Hounds, American English Coonhounds, Azawakh, Basenjis, Basset Hounds, Beagles, Bloodhounds, Bluetick Coonhounds, Borzois, Dachshunds, English Foxhounds, Greyhounds, Harriers, Irish Wolfhounds, Norwegian Elkhounds, Plott Hounds, Redbone Coonhounds, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Salukis, Sloughi, Treeing Walker Coonhounds, Whippets).

    Congratulations David!

    HOLIDAY PARTY

Our Membership really does know how to party!! The Club celebrated in December at Table on the Green with a special Holiday party, organized by Mrs. Lisa “Christmas Elf” Schrank. The menu was wonderful. The company was even better. And we all enjoyed gifts and fellowship.

Thank you Lisa, for always coming through with the festivities!

    Thank You Karen

Moore County Kennel Club has been blessed to have Member Karen Wlodarski as our Agility Trials Secretary for MANY years. Karen has let us know that she will be relocating to the West Coast next summer. “It has been a pleasure working with Sandy, Betty, and all of the MCKC club members on your agility trials these past years. I will miss everyone and wish you all the best for continued success and growth in the future – Sincerely, Karen”

Thank YOU Karen, and enjoy the next chapter of your life.
