Dog’s New Year’s Resolution

Random Drawing

Winner Gets An Egg Roll at the Meeting.

Entry Deadline is Friday, January 10, 2025.

DO MORE WITH YOUR DOG.
Take a Rally or Obedience Class. Learn Agility. Run your dog in one of MCKC’s Coursing Tests.

Exercise is ultimately important to dogs – as much as it is to humans. Check out the Club’s AKC Fit Walk Schedule!

The Club has donated over $205,000 to dog related charities since 2010. When you volunteer at a Dog Show, a Rally Trial, a Scent Work Trial, an Agility Trial —- you are contributing to future donations.

Helping Western NC

Many of us have friends in the Asheville and are aware of the devastation to so many communities. While FEMA, The National Guard, Special Forces are mobilized, there are also many boots on the ground non-government organizations helping out in order to speed up what will be a VERY long recovery.

MOORE COUNTY KENNEL CLUB sponsors an AKC Disaster Trailer, which could be mobilized (we are unaware of its current location).

The Club has also purchased dog food to be sent via mule train (they can access areas that are innaccessible to vehicles).

We urge Members to take good care when considering your donations.
